
Registration for the user conference this year is as follows:
Early Bird fee: $500.00 USD – For registrations made on or before June 7, 2013. Includes access to the full meeting, breakfast and lunch on meeting days, welcome reception and the Triple Point Customer Appreciation Event.
Full conference fee: $750.00 USD – Includes access to the full meeting, breakfast and lunch on meeting days, welcome reception and the Triple Point Customer Appreciation Dinner.
Triple Point has secured discounted room rates at the Conrad New York of $399.00 per night. All travel and hotel expenses are each attendee's responsibility.

Room reservations may be cancelled without penalty until July 7, 2013. After this date any cancellations will be charged for the entire stay of the reservation. If the Hotel should be fully booked on the corresponding dates, there will be no charge.
Focal Point 2013 is a customer-only event designed to help Triple Point customers get the most out of their commodity solutions.
No. Focal Point 2013 is a private event solely for Triple Point clients and select partners.
Your registration includes all official program activities: admission to General Sessions, Solutions Pavilion, Welcome Reception, and Customer Appreciation Event. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of the event.
Cancellations received by July 7, 2013 will receive a full refund. Regrettably, after that date Triple Point is contracted to pay the conference program and accommodation fees; therefore, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after July 7, 2013.

Badges can be picked up on site at the Triple Point Registration Desk during the Welcome Reception on Monday evening or the following morning during registration. Please keep your badge with you and wear it to all conference sessions and events over the course of the two days. These badges are designed to assist you in easy recognition of participants at the conference.
Business casual attire is suggested. Please be sure to pack a sweater or light jacket, as meeting rooms are often chilly.

The high temperature in October is typically 65°F, with a low of about 50°F. October is a beautiful month to visit New York City. The weather tends to be very comfortable -- warm days and cooler nights. Bring a sweater or medium weight jacket (for keeping warm in the evenings) and closed toe shoes, water resistant if possible. As we get closer to the conference, check the local forecast.
You are more than welcome to bring a guest to accompany you. However, Triple Point conference events are strictly reserved for customers.
