Chief Customer Officer, Americas and EMEA
Mr. Wah Chu serves as Chief Customer Officer, Americas and EMEA, and brings over 25 years experience managing client services and product development to Triple Point's customers around the globe. Mr. Chu serves as client advocate to ensure that Triple Point continues to provide optimal products and services to satisfy customer business requirements.
Before joining Triple Point, Mr. Chu was Vice President of Client Services for Netkey, Inc., where he managed all client-facing operations, including consulting, technical support, and training. Prior to Netkey, Chu was a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting and held various Senior Service Management positions at Hyperion Solutions.
Mr. Chu earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in corporate finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in operations research from Cornell University. Chu also is the holder of three software development patents.
