Michael Lolk Larsen

Managing Director, Chartering and Vessel Operations

Mr. Michael Lolk Larsen serves as managing director, chartering and vessel operations for Triple Point Technology. He is responsible for addressing the chartering, vessel operations, and freight risk management requirements of organizations in Triple Point's core markets. Before joining Triple Point, Mr. Larsen was a founding director in the Softmar group. Under his direction, Softmar developed a full line of Chartering and Vessel Operations software solutions, making the company a global industry leader with solutions implemented worldwide. He was instrumental in developing all of Softmar's systems for commercial vessel operations for the dry, tanker, and gas sectors.

Prior to Softmar, Mr. Larsen was Director of Armada Shipping where he gained invaluable experience as part of the management team. He began his shipping career as IT Director of the Armada Group, one of the pioneers of vessel operations systems.

Mr. Larsen holds certification in Information Technology, Personal Management, Business Organization, and Business Economics from the Danish Commercial School.
