Mr. Dilip Daswani serves as vice president, corporate development for Triple Point Technology. He focuses on alliances, partnerships and acquisitions. He applies an extensive background in both commodity trading software development, and power trading and scheduling software.
Mr. Daswani founded Energy Crossroads Corporation in 1997 to develop trading and supply management products for utilities -- with clients including American Electric Power, Dynegy, and the City of Anaheim. Triple Point acquired Energy Crossroads in 2001.
Mr. Daswani holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
